I would imagine that it is very painful. I wouldn't want to be a priority or an option in someones life. That would be very stressful on both parts.

I hear ya! excruciating painful and yet we stay because the pain of loosing them could be worse

not a him, but a group of friends used to do that to me. It sucked. It still kinda happens sometimes. Im just a sub for when their other friends arent there.
