It means they are far more interested in Hillary Clinton's chest than I am. And David Hasselhoff's, too, for that matter.

While I am usually the first in line to laugh at Hillary, in this case I think this is more of a jab at David Hasselhoff. He is not known for his masculine characteristics.
So while Hillary is a politician and known to ride rough over her man, I think they are basically making fun of David Hasslehoff (while taking a minor jab at Hillary).
