I have a neighbor that will be 90 this year and he still does all his own yardwork... and he has a girlfriend that he visits a lot during the week, lol.

My grandmother. She is 92 years old and walks 3 miles every day outside even in the snow. I'm not joking, I'm 30 and she can run circles around me.

I know a 91 year old man, he is not too active but his health is stable and his mind is clear. He is happy and enjoying life. There's some TV commercial that shows a 100 year old mowing his own yard. I guess it depends on 1) your genes and 2) taking care of yourself....oh and 3) being lucky and not getting in a bad accident or a war!

There's a man in my hometown who is 100 today! That's so weird that I read this today! And yes he's still active. He types short stories for town get togetherings, he reads them to children. He gets around slowly but he seems healthier than a lot of 75/80 year olds.

My dads neighbor was born in 1889 and he still gos to work his wife past away 15 years ago and now he has a new woman and an Cadillac :-]

93 looks 65. She is in a nursing home but she is very active. Likes to walk and talk to others @ the nursing home. She's quite amazing.

I have a neighbor on the corner of my street who is 101, he is in good shape & still putters around in his garden.

I know this guy who has to be at least 75 that still goes and cuts 20 cords of firewood. Cut, loaded, chopped, stacked, all of it. I don't understand!

I know an old lady that is 86 and still very active. I am just so amazed at how they keep at it and at this age. I think its very cool: )
