I had a book about this about 20 years ago! AFAIRemember, you could use anything to make them. You needed them big enough that whatever you were putting can fit in the top 1/3 of the pyramid. A cheap model would be with dowel rods and plastic sheeting (or fabric).

I found this via search engine -- but there are tons others out there: http://www.pyramidhealing.com/

(-: What a blast from the past! Have fun, and good healing!

Neurotics build their pyramids in the air, Psychotics on the ground and a mystic knows there IS no pyramid but they are always on top of them. Leave the sacred geometry to the brethren of the square and the compass and you may find the secret of healing is that if it doesn't hurt you are only making a temporary dent in infection from the poison darts the normal folk send.

If I remember correctly, the pyramid would have to high enough that you could sit on the floor or on a stool with you head near the apex. We used electrician pipes and coupling to build the one I was involved with. The covering was a light plastic sheeting.

We later tore it apart to use the parts for a geodesic dome. None of us found anything curative about the pyramid, though the cats seemed to like it more than us.
