I used to exercise 2 years ago when I weighed 150 pounds, now I weigh 110 pounds, and am 5'5''... so I do not want to lose any weight. However I try to lift weights every second day. also, the new job I have I walk 8 hours a day up and down stairs in a hotel (similar to a cleaning lady job- called guest host, and I do cleaning and a bunch of other stuff), so walking 8 hours a day is my exercise (from work) + weights on my free time

Have your mom write a notice that asserts you may not swim. by way of regulation, he won't be able to make you get in the water if it is risky. i won't be able to swim the two, so for the duration of our swimming unit I wore a floatie element. It replaced into kinda embarrassing in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it saved me alive lol. Plus, it made all the swimming much less perplexing because of the fact i did not could save myself above the water. BQ: yeah yet i'm not doing it :) BQ2: my pal's occasion

A gym?.........1993. I exercise at home. It's hard to stay motivated with no one to work with. I have one of those total gym things. It works pretty good.

Does Dance Dance Revolution count? If it does, then about 2 months. I'm nowhere near obese, but I live a rather sedentary lifestyle and I'm not proud of it.
