When I was dancing we had different products for our point shoes, and various other dance shoes. Maybe one of these products would help:

Basically they are cedar/cedar dust in a breathable satchel that absorbs and neutralizes the smell and future smells. They also make sprays, but I can't find a link to it, you can spray it not only in your shoes, but on your feet too. To rejuvenate them. You could use a car air freshener, but do you really want your feet and socks to have that new car smell?

the awesome...almighty...stinky vinyl smell removing product that is amazing the entire universe!*drumb roll* air fresheners! no, not kidding, if it can work in cars that fast, imagine just putting them in your boots...

Spray them with unscented Oust [ inside only ] and always stuff them with fresh newspaper when not wearing them.
I would also wear them only with socks, so your feet won't sweat to death.
