If you add 15 megaphones together and say something...?

...will you be able to create a sound boom and shatter every piece of glass in a city like in the Simpsons?

No. After the first 5 of them if you test it you will shatter your own eardrums. That will take a lot of the enjoyment out of adding more and more megaphones.

No, it would be the same as using just one megaphone the only thing that would make the sound louder is how much the megaphone amplifies the sound

No, the sound would be no louder then that of the 1st amplification, only be severely distorted. The amplification ratio is fixed, its not a multiplier...
