how to weather a leather jacket - make it look beat up?

Hi my hubby recently purchased a nice leather jacket. Now he wants it to look old and beaten up. Any experience on this matter?

Tell him to call a buddy and wrestle on a cement slab works everytime.

If you just want it to look beat up and old, try getting different kinds of dirt and soil and rolling the jacket around in it. I would get dry dirt with as small of granuals as I could so you won't accidently tear the leather.
