I suggest bark in their language and find out for all human kind to know why do dogs drink out of toilets.

Because the water is nice and cold, my cat drinks out of it too. They prefer fresh water, you wouldnt think toilet water is "fresh" but it is to them, they like the running water fountain dishes too because of that reason.
