yes, I yearn for things I know I can get, and things I can't. I yearn for love, which I know is attainable. I also yearn for world peace, but I know it will never happen.

Everyone does. Otherwise, there would be no goal to life, nothing to strive for. Yearning is what makes all of the...crap we go through worth while, so at the end of it all, we can say "it was all worth it".
