ebay would be my best option or directron, but dont buy anything until you are certain that the purchase is secure

The key question is, where are you?

If you are in Europe then you should be able to get a French company to ship to you at a reasonable expense.

If you are in the US, then try a Canadian company, especially if you know of one in the Quebec region.
