it is the simplest answer ever.
it's a test. ok. there is a God.
and he put us here as a test to see if we are loyal enough to be able to go to heaven. Non-believers are actually a part of this test.
they try to convince us that he isnt real...that it is all a made up story. If we listen to their side and still belive then it proves to God that you are trully loyal. without non-believers, it would be too easy to believe. this is why God gave us the power of free will and thought.

i told you it was simple.
lol

well does it sound about right?

Yes! Life is a test! So make sure you pass! Love yourself, others & the world & make the most of this life and you will be rewarded in Heaven. Hate & hurt yourself & those around you & waste this life & you will be punished in Hell. Yes that's why he gave us freewill. It's up to us to choose. God just hopes we make the right choice...

Of Course, it should be a test of Lord, Indeed a Divine Test, perhaps for the Divine Sparks. See, God is so Simple, yet don't you think also Complicated equally???

May be so are His Divine Tests also, Simple for the Simple and Tough for the Tough. Very Simple if we Truly believe and sincerely Try; yet so Complicated if we are the Partial Believers or Practitioners ... right ... ????

The God gave us the Free Will and Freedom of Choice, and then added " Judge Not ".

Don't judge anything and shall not be judged ever.

May be the controlled and moderate usage of innate strengths, tastes and our senses, the God's Great Game Plan, the Complicated package of Divine Tests of good and bad for the Partial Believer who dare to use his/her limited Free Will to Judge.

May be the ones who do good shall be judged by God to be in Heaven and the ones who do bad in so called ....

The ones who did not use the limited Free Will to Judge are always Pass, Pass without Judgement ... right ???? ... lol ....

Yes, we are here to be tested, you are correct. But not only are our beliefs tested, the way we treat others is the biggest test of all. Those who claim to be Christians and yet hold hate in their hearts have not yet passed the test. We are also here to find joy and help others. And to create families, which through God's plan can last through eternity. The sweetest moment in life was when my family was sealed together. Knowing that we will still be a family in the next life is a great comfort and joy.

If the reason of life is just to prove to God that we are royal enough to go to heaven, then it's truly meaningless.

No one have been to Heaven and come back to tell us how Heaven like, it could be a place worse than the Hell.

I believe, only if you are still alive, we can create our own heaven on the earth. Who care about the royality from God, as I had never interested to go to his Heaven where no one know how wonderful it was. And if it's wonderful to God, it may not suitable for me.

We are all here to accomplish a goal God has set before us. The only way to really get there and feel complete is if we trust in Him. We always insist that we can do it, but we can't. In fact, God is the One fueling me everyday. Everyone is in a test. Everyone is tested everyday in life. God gives challenges to everyone. God chastens all Christians. The Bible says that "....whoever God chastens, He loves..." We are here to finish the race of life and then either live with Jesus in Heaven or to go to Hell. God always wants everyone even non-believers to be won to Him.

Well, that would mean that the non-believers don't have free will, because God is forcing them to be non-believers so they can help him administer this test!

Your view pretty much describes the views of most theists. Most of them will say, when asked how God can allow evil to exist in the world, that it exists to test us, to test our faith in God and test our character. This is not a new idea.

I'd rather not to put my words on anyone mouths (ha... ha...!).

You probably right if you really have gone through the "process of thinking" before arriving to the conclusions. Further, I would offer you a piece of (free) advice for not trying to get others believe what you believe without letting them do the thinking more or less as much as you do.

Enjoy the game, the verses, the journey, mystery is a Blessing. Mystery allows us to cultivate imagination. The magic disappears when One demands facts. Ones faith is reassurance one is loved, an individual and blessed with all.

Yes, there is a God but no, He didn't give us life to "test" us. He gave us life so that we can enjoy it with Him. He designed us to live with Him forever, but then sin entered in and caused all the bad things such as death, sickness, disease, etc. Our souls can live forever though, so that's why when our bodies are dead, our souls can still go to Heaven and live with Him forever how we were mean't too if we have accepted Jesus' sacrifice to pay for our sins. If not, then our souls spend eternity is in hell which is the payment for our sin... death.

I believe that my computer's mouse is God.

It has put psychologists and non-believers in this world to test me - to see if I'll succomb to their mindless drivel that insists I'm insane! You're all going to Hell! Fear my mouse! It's all a test!

The mouse gave me free will. The mouse created the world... There's more proof that my mouse exists (I can see it!) than your God - go on to apply Occam's Razor and BAM my computer mouse > your God.
