No, it doesn't originate in the bones. Sperm are produced in the testies (balls) and travels via the vas deferens to where the seminal glans lie (just behind the bladder), which produce most of the fluid part of ejectulation. The fluid then travels through the uretha (same as you pee through) to the outside.
Because it is the testies that produce sperm it is important to take care of them. Wear proper protection in contact sports, and remember that the type of underwear and pants that you wear can effect your fertility.

Its from the testicles and it is old blood that the body has filtered and removed all the cells from hence the clear or white color once it passes through the stages the sperm cell adhere to the walls of the eurethra and mix with the blood as it settles in the testicle
