To a certain extent, I both indirectly and directly exercise each day. For an example of indirect exercise that I get everyday, I walk to the bus stop, I walk around the school a hundred million times until the bell rings, I walk home, I walk to the store, etc. For examples of direct exercises, I purposely run, skateboard, and have P.E.

I try to walk as much as I could but the Internet kept me from walking. I need to be more desciplined so I'll watch my favorite show while walking on the treadmill. I normally walked for 35 minutes. I do a little stretching and yoga plus tai chi.

minimum 60 minutes on the exercise bike.
or 30 minutes on bike + 90 minutes walking

I clean for a living-and there is so much that you have to do in a certain amount of time,,,and I can honestly say that, I sweat like you would not believe,,I have lost close to 20 lbs in the 4 weeks I have been doing this job,,,I lift, twist, pull, push, sit, stand, squat,,,,alot of walking, standing, and alot of arm movement,,,,,,My job is a workout in itself,,,,,,then I come home in cleaning mode, and that is all I want to do,,,til I finally have a seat,,,then I don't want to get up,,,,lol!!!!!

I work out 20 mins three times a week. Step aerobics helped me drop 27lbs.

yeah i walk on and run on the treadmill 15 minutes a day u'd be surprised at the results in just a few minutes a day.....
