It takes the average couple up to a year to conceive. If you are under a year, you're still within the average range. Buy an ovulation predictor kit and have sex when it tells you you are ovulating.
If it's been over a year, see a doctor. There may be a fertility issue that needs resolving.
Good luck!

The best thing you can do is really to not stress. When couples decided they want a baby the tend to focus only on that and it can become overwhelming. A healthy woman only has like a 20% chance anyway each month. So take your time and enjoy the "process" don't trun it into work. Most doctors will tell you to try for a year before seeing if there is a reason you are not getting pg.

we went to see doctor , then doctor helped us and we paid a lot medication fee because doctor gave my wife clomid and helped us to see what day is our fertility days, then doctor asked us to buy the fertility test. It is costly, because one test cost me about MY$15, and one cycle needs about 5 to 10 tests. my wife cycle days is not stable, sometime is 35 days , sometime even 45 days , soemtime even more than that. It is really costly. Then my friend recommend me to buy one ovulotion kit called " Clearblue/Clearplan fertility monitor. This monitor helped us to measure our fertility days. We used it for 3 months and my wife got pregnant , and we now have a cute baby boy age 2 . these two years (after we have a baby boy), we try to conceive naturely without any fertility monitor to assits us. but then still no good news. we were so dissapointed, and these few months, my wife started using the fertility monitor again, till now haven't got any news. I highly recommend u to use this , it's because it's cheaper compare to others. Their monitor sticks also very cheap , compare to others. You may go www.lelong.com.my or www.ebay.com.my . We bought from there too. It was cheaper. Because normally one clearplan fertility monitor cost about MY$680. We bought it only RM500. it is worth . if it help u to get a baby, doesnt it worth more than money count?

See a doctor if it has been longer than say a year you have been trying for. 40% of couples need fertility assistance in one form or another and your doctor, or a specialist is the best person to discuss this with. You could waste years trying herbal remedies etc before treating the real problem.

An ovulation kit will help you by telling you when you are/will be ovulating and thus when you are most fertile. That is really all I know of that might help increase your chances.
Good Luck!

I took robutussin (just the plain kind, not the kind with anything added) during my ovulation time to make the cervical mucus a bit thinner and more abundant.....this supposedly makes it easier for the sperm to swim through to the egg, and both times it worked for me like a charm!! My friend's ob/gyn mentioned that and I was thrilled that it actually worked.

You should look into Natural Family Planning---it shows you how to chart your cycles to find out your most fertile time. They use both cervical mucus and basal body temperature....
