The partition between 'the what' and 'the who' has become much wider due to the novelty and ingenuity of the ways human mind has developed to assume its present state in a practical world. This is the beginning of the emergence of a collective mind endowed with collective consciousness that most of us are able to see and experience in our lives. The examples in this regard are wide and varied. For example, it is possible for people to benefit from the intellectual potential of the people unknown living in far off parts of the world. At least in the domains of issues common to mankind and consideration regarding general human nature the importance of what is being said is far greater than who is saying what.

This in a way is a sign of collective confidence as we have beginning to believe that we all are in the same boat – the life on this planet, and that we all understand issues that mankind faces and therefore it is relatively safer to share of personal concerns with almost anyone, on the internet for example. Before the dawn of a global culture and international networking with people free to make personal decisions, the far fetched parts of the world were considered to be populated by mysterious and possibly dangerous races, and the world beyond the immediacy of our environment was considered to be an alien world of intrigue and fantasia. But all this has changed now, as we are less worried about who live where and more interested about what they thing about the issues that we have in our mind.
