As much as I love Gilmore Girls, I have to say yes, I'm happy. I think that Rory's graduation (party) is a great place to end the show, since it kind of wraps everything up. Overall this season hasn't been that great anyway, compared to the previous ones--I would hate to see what another season would look like.

Do you mean Rory on the show, or in her career?? In the show she gets her dream job and moves to Iowa. In her career, her contract ended and decided she wanted to pursue other things in her career. Lauren Graham decided if she didn't come back, neither would she which is why the show is ending. Both of them want to move on to different things in their career. Luke wouldn't fully commit to Lorelai and actually marry her, so they broke up after Lorelai slept with Rory's father Christopher. Chris and her got married, and broke up after a few episodes. Now her and Luke are close to getting back together and will kiss on the series finale next week!

Sorta. Im glad its ending here while they can wrap it up instead of drag it on like the last season of the XFiles. Also the series began when Rory went to High School so it only makes sence it should end after she graduated from college.

NO!! I love that show. I am not happy, but I also think it's a little rushed and all the loose ends won't be tied up in time. I think they should have took 1 more season to wrap it up. I realize it would need to end with Rory's graduation b4 it gets dull and boring though. It will be missed.

I am so upset by them ending the program...but as hard as it is for me to say... I can see why they ended it when they did. If rory is going to be gone for 2 years, it would be hard to keep up with her, plus I think Lorieli and Luke's relationship will defently workout. They did end on a clif hanger, but thats just my hole in my weekly schedule complaining.

Yes, that show blows!! I used to watch it, but i get so tired of this old lady trying to act like her and her daughter are Girlfriends. Uggh! Good Riddens! Please do not go into syndication. Now if One Tree Hill ends, the world will truly be over. I love that show!

no; not happy. But I think it had to end here, at Rory's graduation or it would be like 7th Heaven which should have ended at season 8.

No I think they should have gone one more season to wrap up all the loose ends. The way they are going about it right now is too rushed.
