For me, I've always loved Japan due to their architecture, culture, friendliness, etc.....

I have to say France. I am an American but I've always admired their political system, health care system and culture. The French Revolution changed the world forever, perhaps more than the American Revolution. The French, like most non-American countries, do not get involved in B.S. issues in politics either (i.e. "smoke screen" issues designed to attract votes, not run a country). In America, too many politicians (Dems and Republicans) distract the voters with non-issues.
The French health care system is a work of art as well. I say "work of art" because it's effective but still has some flaws. Nevertheless, it ensures universal coverage...something America is in dire need of.
Finally, the culture of the French people is unique. France is dealing with a serious immigration problem but the rise of its students has served as an important influence. That's something I've never seen in the U.S. in my lifetime.

Probably the best man for man country in the world...
30 million people and look at it's stature

Look at how many famous people are from Canada... Mike Myers, Jim Carey, honestly the list is huge... You should check it out yourself
Although they haven't produced many athletes outside of hockey Steve Nash & Justin Morneau (wow, if you think about it those 3 sports all of them had a Canadian MVP)
They need a good football player though...
