I have to do about 30 min. video about Jimmy Carters Presidency. I have a group of 6 and me and another guy are doing the economic part. Do U know any good ideas we could do for economics during his presidency. I know gas prices went up alot but thats all i know. Nothings off limits to this project so any ideas would help. Also any ideas to take up 30 min. on the video, like what to do on the video

Carter's presidency was a disaster. He was probably one of the most intelligent men ever to hold the office, and he was kind and compassionate. However, he surrounded himself with political idiots, and we had huge increases and large shortages of gasoline, incredibly high interest rates, and the hostages held in Iran as memories of his administration. Little else stands out. NOT very positive.

You easily spend thirty minutes talking about Carter and the Camp David Accords. No history of the Middle-East will ever be written that doesn't contain Carter's name in the index. He relied on his ideals and his deep, personal friendships with Anwar Sadat and Menachim Begin to forge a peace between Egypt and Israel that persists today.
