Contact the Chicago University that you are interested in and they will give you all the details about it. If you are not sure on what University in Chicago specifically, search for Universities of Chicago and you will find a bunch of results... contacting them and researching each school is the best way to go than asking for advice (everybody has different choices of Universities), since you know what is it that you are looking for, distance (very important) and what is the degree you want to complete. The University of Chicago has a very extensive website that includes everything you could possibly want to know about the school, campus, courses, costs, etc.
You can easily google this online.
UChicago is one of the premier universities in the world. It is routinely ranked among the very best universities for the quality of its facilities, its curriculum, its faculty and its students. But don't think about going there unless you are a serious student who wants to be challenged to the limit by your courses. It is not a party school by any stretch of the imagination. The students there have a saying "UChi - where fun comes to die!" - they are just kidding, but it is a place where the love of learning is more important that anything else.

3.7 or above GPA, 1400 SAT; they should have admit stats on their undergrad/grad admissions website
