He has his rent paid up, but denies us access to enter apartment to spray for bugs? We did a rightful notice of entry, but harrassment is going to far. HELP!

If your state has no "right of occupancy' laws, serve the dolt with an eviction notice and re-rent his unit to a decent tenant. In most states, absent a lease to the contrary, all it takes is thirty days notice to the tenant to have him removed. If he has a valid lease, then you will have to find a violation of lease clause to have basis for eviction. That isn't too difficult to do, since most leases have a goodly portion of fine print concerning rules for tenants.

If you have it in his lease that says you can enter to maintain the apt then by law you can go in and i would contact him and tell him that
