Ungar familiy's relative died 10 years ago in Israel, they were killed by a drive-by shooting which they provoked. US court ordered the PLO to pay 117 million to their family, did they pay yet?

Unless a US financial institution had PLO funds on deposit, I doubt there is any way to enforce the judgment. The PLO doesn't generally recognize orders by US courts.

A settlement this high is rarely ever paid unless it is against a huge company. Even that's debateable. It's mostly a paper judgement. Even if they worked 20 hours a day for the rest of their life, and their check was garnished, they would never make enough money to pay a fraction of the settlement.
