I actually (being cable deprived for a bit) JUST discovered it and having worked in law, this is the closest thing to it!!! How about you????

I LOVE "Boston Legal" (besides having a major crush on James Spader) the show is brilliant, and I love the interesting friendship between James Spader's character and William Shatner's character, and how they end the show by smoking cigars on the balcony. Is it really the closest thing to working in Law?? It's an amazingly funny show. I like the dry humor. And the eccentric characters.

I enjoy Boston Legal a great deal, but I find some of the "non-law" story lines annoying. I think William Shatner is vastly over-acting and isn't that important to the show anyway, even if it is "his" show.

I love the show. It is probably my favorite that is on tv. I love Denny Crane. It's smart and witty.

its one of the few funny television shows, and the legal aspect comes into play nicely considering the fact it isn't outrageously misinformed.
