Once in a while I feel like there is something making dinner out of my skin, and there's nothing there! Is it the monster under the bed, or the one in the closet? Do they hide in my car to bite me there, too?

Thank you for your concern, but I'n not taking any drugs.
Today I felt like something was biting the **** out of me on my forehead, there was nothing there, no redness either. If you knew me, I make jokes about monsters, so relax, I'm pretty knowledgable, and I think it's alright to have a laugh once in a while, even at my own expense. If you have a pole up your ***, don't answer the question.

I think you guys are the monsters under the bed, in the closet, and the ones that steal stuff off of the printer and copy machine!!

Okay, no one is going to believe me when I say this, but I asked my biology professor in college a few years ago about this, because he was all into bugs and reptiles. I asked him, why it feels like I'm being bitten by bugs on my legs and forearms, yet it leaves no marks or redness and I cannot see anything. His response was static electricity. He claims that electrical charges can build up via the hair on our heads, bodies, and clothes, and when that static charge is ready to be released, it can actually escape through the skin....even a few inches away from the original static charge site.
Now, does he know what he is talking about? I can't even begin to speculate. But if he IS, in fact, correct in his "analysis," then my guess would be that the monster that lives in your closet is invisible AND hairy, and that he/she is rubbing up against you, thus causing the transfer of static electricity. LOL! Who knows, maybe it's Donald Trump and his lovely hair....after all, THAT is a bit of a mystery as well.

I have the same problem as well. I have even jumped out of the bed and turned the light on to see what the hell was under the covers!! After my husband searches the bed he assures me theres nothing there, even though I felt it. It sometimes happens every night but sometimes goes away. Very weird and I haven't found out what it is yet. But I used to have something that used to touch me on top of the covers and also stroke my hair at night. So I guess I like the biting a little better. If you do find any info on this please let me know. This biting thing has bothered me the last year and a half, but never my husband, and we don't use drugs, we barely take an asprin. Good luck to you, and to the other answers you should be ashamed of yourself this is a real thing, but I guess that is what some people do make fun of what they don't understand! So I forgive ya!

Is it a good bite or a bad bite? If you dont mind the feeling, than it's probably a vampire nibbling on you. If it is a bad bite, than it more likely is a monster under your bed and you should use monster repellent.
Good luck with it all!

eventually we got rid of the cats so no more fleas! YAY!
i still get that feeling sometimes! maybe its just paranoia...or an itch. skin allergy?

It's a piece of wood or grass or etc. bent the wrong way and caught inside of the fabric of your clothes. Check the inside.
Re-edit: Oh... your forhead. Sorry, no clue. Maybe a mosquito bite. You might see a bump tommorrow :(
