- higher healthcare [if you mean gov't HC, then liberal]
- reduced gas prices [if you mean by gov't decree then liberal. if you mean by increasing supply then conservative]
- Against pollution [either]
- favor everybody including minorities not just the upper class [conservative]
- Higher minumium wage [liberal]
- Affordable college education [either]
- Abortion- somewhat against it and somewhat favor it [depends on your criteria]
- Against Iraq War [depends on why]
- Americans should have privacy [depends on conditions]

You are liberal in everything except the first two. And the first one would be impossible given the rest of the list.
Being in favor of lower taxes is only meaningful if you are willing to cut government spending to impliment those tax break. In the remainder of your list, it is clear that you are not only not in favor of cutting spending, but you want to increase it (healthcare, college, etc.). Its an either / or proposition. You can have low taxes and fewer programs, or more taxes and more programs. Less taxes and more programs is a physical impossibility.

Moderately conservative with a dash of liberal. Your opposition to gay marriage makes no sense that's why you got the conservative part. Without that, you would be a moderate. All of it depends on your criteria for each issue.

or low taxes?
