In no particular order:

20) Because it'll help you learn, and by golly, that's what you go to school for.

19) Because a zero hurts, and your parents will be unhappy if you fail.

18) Because you've got nothing better to do anyway. We know.

17) Because it'll surprise your teacher, and seeing the shocked look on his face in the morning is going to be worth it.

16) Because you'll be popular with your friends who didn't do their homework and need a quick answer fix.

15) Because I said so, and as an anonymous face on the Internet, my opinion matters.

14) Because the boredom will set in soon, and you'll just do it.

13) Because your mom asked you to wash the dishes, and you'll do absolutely anything other than what you're supposed to be doing.

12) Because the curiosity will make you want to know the answer to numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 on page 164, and the answers to the odd numbers aren't in the back of the book.

11) Because if you don't do it, no one else will.

10) Because you're halfway through my list, and you can only proscrastinate for so long.

9) Because tomorrow is Friday, and an entire week's worth of school will be behind you as soon as you're done with this assignment.

8) Because you want a job when you graduate.

7) Because colleges don't like kids who don't do homework, and you're going to want to go to college to get a decent job when you graduate (See No. 8).

6) Because you don't want to turn out like that homeless guy on the corner who plays the violin and smells like cabbage (See No. 7 and 8; he didn't do his homework).

5) Because you can exploit No. 16 for profit. No, I won't restate Reason No. 16. You'll just have to scroll up and read it.

4) Because school's out for the summer in a few short weeks, and you might as well do a little homework before it's all over.

3) Because there's going to be a test on this.

2) Because you might get called on tomorrow, and you don't want to look foolish if you don't know the answer. People will laugh. Oh, they'll laugh.

1) Because the dog already ate your homework once this year, and you're running out of dead grandparents. The jig is up, and you're out of excuses.

Get to work.

If it is a check-off grade just write down random answers.
If it counts towards your grade, you should do it for the practiice and so your teacher is not disappointed in you and so you might get something for turning in all your homework and it can eventually lead to getting into a good college and it will get your grades up and you would have a better chance of not being kicked out of extracurricular activities.

Well, let's see...

If you don't...you won't graduate.

You won't get a good paying job. Not that that's everything, but you can expect to not make much more than 5.50-8 or 9 bucks an hour, with no benefits.
