what rights do i have for buying imitation crap on ebay.?

I bought an MP3 Mp4 4gig on ebay and have found it to only be 1gig and battery will not charge for it. I bought it in January and seller has stated returns within 7 days. How can these con artists get away with this and what can i do to get my money back.

None, it's buyer beware, and eBay doesn't give a rats ass about buyers, just the sellers to make sure they get their fees.

First: You can file a report with ebay

Second: contact the seller directly, and explain the issue

These options may not work as he had a stated return policy, but you may be able to argue that it was incorrectly advirtised
