It is a 2wire 1250 Model from BT. I have accessed it before but I forgot how to. I tried all the numbers like 192.168.15.1 etc. and i tried reading the manual and typing 2wire.gateway.net and it is still not working. Someone please help!

OK and how can i make it so that my torrents go faster? My friend said I have to free up Port 4444. Please help

To connect to the BT 1250 you simply enter the URL http://gateway.2wire.net
into your web browser. While this looks like a web site on the Internet, it will actually resolve to the local IP address for your BT 1250. The initial screen you are presented with is shown below, and by default there is no password set on the BT 1250. We would recommend adding one if you wish to keep other users on your network from changing the configuration.

Go to start run with the machine connected to the router, type cmd and enter. The type ipconfig and enter. The bottom number is the default gateway (router) address.

I believe you should try 192.168.0.1 and then typing in your user name and password.
