Hungary or Greece.
I enjoy Budapest and the country is centrally located for all of the most important places to me culturally in the world, by train or plane.
Greece has great weather, is inexpensive, and has history
everywhere; it is also well located for other travel.
And Britain would be third, because of all its historical
places, theaters and museums.
