To get that effect you will need:
1. pink eyeshadow
2. yellow eye shadow
3. liquid eyeliner- not crayon
4.DRAMATIC mascara- rimmel makes a great one
I wouldn't wear a bright or dark lipstick, maybe a tinted pink gloss as you don't want to look like a clown. If you play up your eyes that much, leave the lips light.
For future reference remember if you do drama lips, leave the eyes less....you don't want to look painted by doing both...you want to draw attention to one not a big mess.
As you might know, you would put the makeup on in the order I listed it.
as far as a good eyeshadow...anything in the drug store will work just fine. Just because it is $$ don't make it better. Try a few different brands for yourself, make your own opinions!

Well, I would use N.Y.C. because it's the cheapest kind of teen makeup.
For the eyes I would use N.Y.C. eyeliner and long lansh Covergirl mascara.
For eyeshadow, have half of yourlid be bright yellow, and half of your lid be bright pink. Blend them slightly in the middle!
Go to your local makeup/drug store and look at all the different eyeshadows. The colors that look the brightest and thickest are the ones you should get! Nothing pale, because it wont give you the same effect.
For your lips I'd find a purple/pink shimmering lipstick, not lip gloss.
I'd make your face pale with a light mousse, also try Covergirl.
Add a bit of rose tinted Clinique blush to finish the look.

first, put on foundation, to get that flawless skin look. also apply concealer on imperfections.
use liquid liner (if you have trouble applying it, just use a stubby pencil liner and draw a really thick line) and outline your entire eye with it.
apply several heavy coats of black mascara.
as for the eye shadow, get a bright yellow and a bright pink color. sweep the yellow shadow across your entire upper lid and blend above the crease. also apply yellow shadow underneath the eyes. then put the pink shadow on the outer part of your lid. blend both shadows a bit. sweep pink shadow under eyes. if you want, you may apply liner after shadow, as the shadow will soften the look of the liner.
the best brand of eye shadow? for me it would be Dior. a bit on the expensive side, but all worth it.

that a very good question..all you have to do is put thick eyliner on and Mascara....Rub a lil rose blush...get some lemon chiffon colored eyeshadowand umm bubble gum pink and red eyeshadow..and put yellow first then pink and at the bottom, red...put yellow with red streaks at the bottom of the eye..get some pressed pwder 1 shade lighter than your own skin colour and rub under eye(so you'll get the angelic look) it'll will look real good....Hope this helps you if you need anymore info from me then please when you ask another question in the beauty write down"Taylor please help" or somthin on the Subject place..Good luck!!!! :))

you will need eyeliner(pencil and non-smudge kinds)
1.line your eyes
2.trace over the pencil with liquid liner
3.get eye shadow of your choice(matching colours preferably)4.put lightest colour on the inner rims to the middle of your eyelid
5.put the darker colour on the rest of the lid
6.blend colours with a brush

im not sure how u would do it but try looking at the pic while doing your makeup... and i would say m.a.c. would be a great brand for the makeup
