You may be fine.
Are you just starting to slide it back? If so, it'll slide back slowly more and more each day when you shower.
Mine was the same, now it's slides perfectly.
If that fails, there's a cream you can buy at drugstore.com for about $10, and it works in over 90% of cases. It's betamethasone dipropionate.

But first try sliding it back when you shower. That's all you may need, especially if you're young (a teen).
Circumcision should be left as a last resort. It reduces sensitivity/pleasure in the long run (due to constant rubbing of the glans) and makes masturbation more difficult. It's what new studies have found.

Do not worry this is the case for about a fifth of all men, including me. It is however starting to get better however as I have bben doing basic foreskin stretching for about a month now. This is the only way of doing it without circumcision or steroid creams so read carefully. In the mornings when you get a bath or shower, wash under the foreskin when not erect. After a while, the warm water will have softened the skin around the end of the head of the penis (also known as the glans). Next you need to get your penis erect andstretch the foreskin by pulling it backwards towards your pelvic bone (pubic region) until it starts to hurt. STOP!!! do not go any further than this point as it can cause damage to the skin. hold it at this point for about 5 minutes and then wash under the foreskin again. When you get in from school again do the same thing but do not get a bath. In the evening, if you get another wash, do the same as you did in the morning and in a few weeks, the foreskin will have been stretched. THIS WILL TAKE A WHILE AND QUITE A BIT OF PATIENCE SO DO NOT GIVE UP AFTER A FEW DAYS.
Hope this helps mate, its ana annoying problem i know but this is an effective way of getting rid of it. BEST OF LUCK and well done for actually asking about it, many people keep it quiet and are very embarassed about it. Also about your weight problem, most girls like personality not looks so if a girl ever judges you on the way you look, judge her on her personality. Good luck. Go to the site below for more detailed stretching techniques.

Well, I'm not a guy; but, however I have a nephew who went through something simular. When he was born his parents did not have his fore skin removed. The doctor told them that they had to keep his skin push back and cleaned every time his diaper was changed. By doing this it would prevent the skin from growing tight around the shaft and fore head, plus it would keep him from getting an infection under the skin near the head. You should go see your doctor since you are having pain and trouble pulling the skin back.
It maybe just an infection that is causing it to hurt so much. Also, do not let anyone tell you should cut it off; it's your body- You should be the one who decides that or your doctor (my nephew had to- too badly infected.)

ok being a guy i dont see how vasaline would help u pull back ur foreskin, that really doesnt make much sense. I wouldnt pull at it coz it might end up ripping. Theres a thing called phimosis i think it is and it means the skin is connected to the head. Your best bet is 2 see a doctor man, once you go you'l feel a lot better. Good luck 2 ya.

look dude, don't worry about what some of these dumb women say. if you foreskin remains the same after a respectable amount of time, see a doctor. if you have a problem with your weight, learn to like to sweat and exercize. you don't have to get circumcized because some broad says "eewwww" . she needs more education on circumcision and/or risks. about HIV, no one is safe from HIV unless if you use a condom. i can understand about hygiene for an uncircumcized males, but don't people shower every day? or being circumcized mean you don't have to shower everyday and wash your penis but end up with a dirty azz. i keep my butt clean. circumcision should be a choice made by that person and not the parents. if you ever choose to get circumcized be sure. i have read alot of men regretting it and i have also heard of men saying it was the best choice they made. but above all be happy and smart and thank God for your life.

Most give good advice but if you do think you should go ahead with a circumcision do not be put off with horrow stories. There is no reason tthat it need be painful either at the time or later. They use a local anasthetic and it is quite quick.
But not long ago new born babies wer done without any anasthetic at all "they can not feel pain"!

Believe me, you don't have to be curcumsed to enjoy sex. I have been having the time of my life for 65 years and I'm still whole. Stop worrying and when it happens let it happen, think of me and my advice at the time. Would that be sex by proxy?
re keeping things clean... every time you urinate, nip the end of your foreskin up tight and let the urine swill around until it bursts out, no more smegma for you then young man.

You don't need a circumcision! Sometimes all you need to do is change the way you masturbate: http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis/beauge2/
There's lots of other good information if you just scroll past the stuff about babies at http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis/ (This is not the same as the previous link; it just starts the same.)
You obviously need to work on liking yourself more, and then girls will like you, too. Lots of heavy guys have girlfriends. Don't worry about that -- just work on being an interesting person to be around and being confident in who you are.

see a doctor - get the problem FIXED - First, you can't go through your life afraid of pain, avoiding pain - you are stronger than that aren't you?
Second, you don't want to live THE REST OF YOUR LIFE with this problem, do you?
About your weight - find a way to get your weight down if you can - diet, exercise? You will be much happier and you know it!
