The Bush, Bin Laden and Saud families have been friends and business partners for decades. It was Bin Laden money that bailed Dubya out of at least one of his failed business ventures.

Don't know. Why did Clinton tell the CIA to stop their plans when they wanted to arrest Bin Laden in his vacation house long before 9/11? ..... He felt it would be expensive and unpopular.

Because they failed. According to Clinton, who "tried harder than anyone else to kill Bin Laden", that team failed over Clinton's two terms (8 years).

And during their failure, 9-11 was successfully organized.
