If you mean an undergraduate program for premed students, then there are plenty of choices: UMass, Harvard, MIT, BU, BC, Northeastern, Tufts, Holy Cross, WPI, and numerous smaller, less well-known schools.
There are more than 100 schools within an hours ride of downtown Boston.

Throw a dart at Boston and you'll hit a good medical college.
Boston University, Harvard Medical and Mass General have created an MD/PhD program and partnership.
Check into that.
