It's 21 by Cheney in 11 innings
20 by Clemens (twice) and Woods
In reference to m,
the mound has been 60 feet 6 inches since 1890.
However the mound was lowered after 1968, to bring more offense to the game.
Bob Gibson 22-9, ERA of 1.12, was a big factor in the change.
