Is there any one else who is going through the same problems I am. I can't find clothes that fit right, I weight a ton (169 pounds), 5'10, and feel huge. Everyone tells me I'm thin but thick. And the only way I can lose weight is if I stop eating.
And... I think guys are intimidated. Gosh! Is anyone going throught the same thing. Not the entirely same thing. LOL.

Allow me to tell you a secret: confidence can make a major difference in how people see you and react to you so feel free to unlock your potential by being more confident if you can do this i think everything else will fall into place.

Oh honey, don't beat yourself up about it!

I'm 5'10. When I was in high school I ranged between 150 and 165 pounds. I obsessed about my weight constantly, even though everyone told me that I was thin and I was crazy for worrying about it so much.

I think my problem wasn't just feeling fat, but just feeling so much BIGGER than other girls. I always thought that since I can't make myself shorter, at least I could be thinner, right?

Well, now I'm older and heavier. I truly wish I could just go back there and enjoy what I had while I had it. In hindsight, I was pretty hot! I'm about 180 lbs now, having just lost about 20 pounds. I'll get back down to 165 again, and this time I'll enjoy it!

Believe me, enjoy what you've got girl! There are plenty of women out there who want what you've been blessed with, myself included! And the men will pick up on your self confidence, not to mention your mile-long legs, and they'll love it too. Trust me. I know.

You're at a perfect weight for 5ft10. Don't starve yourself, for God's sakes!!! There's way too much of that going on in this country. When has it ever been good for human beings to live without food??? This makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. Think about it. Do the math. Does starving make sense to you? Life and living for humans and animals = Nourishment. Your body needs it. Without it is stupid unless society goes through a famine. I am shaking my head as I type. Why are people so flipping obsessed with weight??? It makes no sense to me at all. Stop listening to ppl who are telling you that you're fat. You're not. Do the math with height, weight and BMI. There are internet calculators for BMI. If you're within the range, who cares what ppl say to you??? Is anyone of them a doctor? If they answer no, then you win. Use your common sense and write them off. Don't give a f**k about what they say. I've stopped giving a damn about ppl's opinions a long time ago, and I haven't turned back. I hear things like toothpick, rail, neck like a giraffe. Who gives a flying ___??? Are they living your life? Do they know what's right for your body??? If you have an ache or pain, do they feel it?????? NO!!!! Don't give a sh** about what ppl say to you and ditch their two cents worth. They're not paying enough attention to their own problems. They're bored and have nothing else to do. Sorry for the rant, but all I've said is coming from experience. Good luck.

Yeah I know how you feel. I am only 12 years old and I am 5'6 and 115 pounds! Boys are intimidated by me because of my height. Everyone tells me I am to thin and stuff but I am really just to tall.

Been going through it for years. I'm 5'11" and up to 180 (heaviest I've ever been) and I suffer the same problems. I did find one guy though that wasn't intimidated. He was 5'2" and we had the best marriage. Keep your chin up.
