I would leave it to the Higher Power, if you believe in God. I let God deal with that person. Try to not stoop to that person's level. You should try to live in love and you should surround yourself with people who loves and you have love for. What vengeance does, it's like a disease it not only gets in you, but it spreads around. For instance let's say a guy shoots a another guy then, that guy's family member or friend shoots that guy, etc...Well, you should think it out.
