No, Sony's browser only included a Flash 6 player. Until they decide to come out with another one, that is about it. One thing to keep in mind is that the PSP is not as able to handle certain multimedia via a web browser. Which means that flash games that require higher frame rates will not work, even if it is Flash 6 compatible.

I don't think u can,the only way for the flash player 2 be updated is if there is a new system update which may include the a flash player update
there was a update in version 2.60
current version 3.40
