3(-4) + 4(0) =12
-12 + 0 =12
NO so (-4,0) is not right

3(2/3) + 4 (5/2) = 12
2+10=12
12=12
Yes for (2/3,5/2)

3(0) + 4(3)=12
0+12=12
Yes for (0,3)

3(2/3) + 4(2) = 12
2+8=12
10=12
No for (2/3,2)

The correct odered pairs are (2/3, 5/2) and (0,3).
Substitute the given ordered pairs and you'll find out that (2/3, 5/2) and (0,3) are the correct ones.
