Are magazines like maxim and fhm and stuff "sellable" to minors?

What is the age for those, if there is one?

I don't think so. We sell those where I work and any and everyone are allowed to purchase them.

I think it depends upon the local legislature, culture and prevailing morals.

Here in the Philippines, there is no law per-se preventing the selling of FHM to minors, however, FHM Philippines has taken the initiative to police itself and has made it very clear to its dealers that you have to be of legal age to purchase FHM - or face repercussions. FHM Philippines is, I think, the only edition of FHM with a you "must be 18+ to purchase" violator on its cover

As far as i know, maxim and fhm are "tame" enough to be sold to anyone. The age-limited magazines are "nakeder." More like Playboy and Hustler.

I know nakeder isn't a word, but I'm trying to make a point.

Legally yes, but some sellers may choose not to sell them to minors, based on their personal beliefs.
