Okay, I have a 95 Chevy Impala. Only one out of four power windows(passenger side) is currently working. No A/C... It's like in the Russian sauna while driving that thing especially it's a black color...

So, I found out that this plastic slides which are connected to the actuator are broken. I paid high dollar getting new slide pieces but I cannot put it in. This plastic slides are in between this guide(rail) thing and I have no way putting new slides back in. Or taking out the old broken slide pieces neither!

Both end of the guide are pinched end, means that I cannot slide the piece(slide) out other than bending it. Plus the punched pin at end is also not letting slides out farther end of the guide.

I have no idea how guys at shop can put this thing in... If anyone knows the trick, I will greatly appreciate!

This seem to be a common GM problem because I used to have a 91 Caprice, and it had the same problem. I didn't bother it because those were rear windows.

I believe you open up the sides of the guide rail to remove the guide clip, install the new one and bend the rail back together....not totally sure on this model.... you may have to unpinch the end and remove the pin somehow and then replace the guide and repinch the end and replace the pin with a small bolt...it's just there to keep the guide from going to far. You can call an auto glass company in your area and maybe talk to one of the tech's that do the window replacement and see what they say. Good luck, Paul

If it stops working then you have to wait a while for it to move a little more, the motor is burned out. Your basically giving the motor time to cool down than work again. If it goes up slowly it might also be the regulator binding in the track. For the passenger window first use a test light to see if the motor is getting power. If there is no power present when you push the button up/down the switch may be bad(or a open somewhere). If there is power replace the motor. If you are going to do it yourself buy the regulator and motor together, its not that much more expensive. Usually they sell the regulator only with the motor.
