I had a really bad day. . . can anyone cheer me up ♥

I talk to my honey who makes me smile and feel better right away. He has a calming soothing way about him when he knows I am upset or stressed. I also can talk to a friend or two --sometimes my daughter will listen as well, as I help her.
Or I listen to some of my favorite music. I love music and it can make you smile and sing along too.

Just try to remember that "this too shall pass" and it will get better. Why don't you go rent a funny movie, or go out to eat with a friend and have a maybe a glass of wine with dinner. However, DON'T overdo on the booze--that is a depressant so in the end in makes you feel worse. One is enough.
Hope you find something to cheer you up -- and you know if you believe in it-- you can give it over to God --He does lighten our burden if we ask Him.

Aww, I'm sorry about your day! Really, the best thing to do is to not dwell on it. Try your best to distract yourself from thinking about all the things that went wrong. Some things I like to do: bubble bath or sitting out in the sun with a book, have a long talk on the phone with an uplifting friend, go on a walk and maybe pick some for a nice bouquet, look for some recipes online for a yummy snack/meal that you can make, watch a funny movie, or go shopping for something you like. Hope one of those things helps!! :)

When I have a bad day I just think about my baby and it makes me smile. Sometimes it helps to just talk to somebody close to you that is willing to listen to you and then you get over it by having a few laughs. I guess the secret is to not take too much too seriously and keep it lighthearted and simple if you can.

not exactly sure it would cheer you up but when i have a bad day i workout with the punching bags at my gym. gets all of my anger/stress out and i get a workout too.

honestly, when i have a bad day the thing i do isn't legal in the u.s. lol

but i think if you relax, listen to your favorite (upbeat) songs, curl up with a book, or eat your favorite dessert., you'll be right as rain!

I put on my favorite music and have a few drinks. Not necessarily the best advice but it's a great pick me up!

Blast some of your favorite music and sing along.. That always helps me.

I do something physical, like take a walk or ride my bike.
Then I call a friend.

B.itch about it to a close friend. She will listen, and doesn't even have to say anything.
But she will b.itch right back at me if she has a bad day.
It's a good thing
