A friend of mine at work said that she drink chamomile tea every day 2 weeks before she was going to deliver her baby. She said that this made her delivery very easy. Is this really true?

yeah, i was told by my doctor not to drink any kind of herbal tea. i can only drink black tea that is non caffeinated. so, i don't think it is a good idea.
...and that chicken soup diet post will give you the runs won't it?

Chamomile tea is usually taken for relaxation and sleep.It is not recommended for pregnancy however.

haven't heard of chamomile tea but rasberry leaf tea for helping pregnancy??? Maybe that is what she meant.
