I just installed a video card and ethernet card but i have no idea what kind they are and I dont have the damn drivers. Is there any way to find out what the names are? so i can find drivers like run a program or something. please help im running 4 bit color cause i have no driver for my card

find the manufacturer of the cards you installed and go to their website for drivers, also there is a software that will detect everything you have plugged in. Will post it as an edit when i find it.

If your are running XP then there is no need for a driver for the NIC card, Windows will recognize it and install a driver. The Video card is a different matter. Look on the card for the manufacturer. Go to their web page and look in support. There you should be able to find the latest driver for that card. Another place you can look for the card type is in the "Device Manager". Right click "My Computer" and then open "Properties". Click the "Hardware" tab and then select "Device Manager". In the Device Manager, click on the "Display adapter. It should tell you what kind of card you have. You can then go to that companies web site for the latest driver. Download the driver to a file and then install it. Save the file for later use.

Yeah, most companies put the name of the make and model on the card. Look at it closely with a magnifying glass.
