I'm taveling to Portugual & Spain at the end of june for 2 weeks. Id like to see as much as I can & have some fun. If you can reccomend some nice modern places to stay, great hip bars/clubs, beautiful beaches, & places not to miss that would help.

google www virtualtourist.com click on Spain. You will get lots of help from people who are living there now (Americans) or people who have been there. Amazing site. They will tell you what to pack, where the best places are to eat, what to avoid, etc. Check it out. Have Fun!

I live in Murcia and what I like most about Spain is the people. I am originally from the UK and the Spanish people are much friendlier and helpful and not so money mad. I love the traditions and food and the close extended family. I realise not all of Spain is like this and increasingly the young people are having to move further away from home to find work.
