I live in UK and everything worked fine, but since about 30 minutes ago I constantly get redirected to http://uk.tickle.com/

I could go to the website, but it's showing the message "Technical Difficulties".
Maybe it's Ringo? Maybe it's your provider's DNS server? Normally these problems should go away in time. If not, check your Internet Settings. Do you have a Secundary DNS Server listed? If so, try reversing the order. If not, contact your ISP.
Another possibility is spyware. Do you have a spyware scanner? Is it up-to-date? (I use Ad-Aware SE Personal.) And your virus scanner?
