a book for report?

i need to write a report about a book that is mostly based on violence. can anyone provide me the title of a book and its author please?

I'd suggest just about anything by Ann Rule, including "The Stranger Beside Me." Since her books are based on true crimes (and the book I mentioned deals with Ted Bundy), there's violence enough in them for any number of book reports.

If, however, the work is supposed to be one of fiction, consider the Hannibal Lecter series, which includes "Red Dragon" and "The Silence of the Lambs."

Anthony Burgess - A Clockwork Orange. Not only is it a great book about the subject of violence, there is tons of information on it to help you write the paper. It just takes a little getting used to the slang the author uses. But you catch on fast. Bog - God, Droogs - buddies etc. Enjoy. I wrote an academic paper on A Clockwork Orange and the violence in video games a few years back. Quite well recieved.
