What is the size of a 10 gal tank???

what are the measurements of 10, 15, and 20 gallon tanks??? thanks...

Unless you have a lot of experience with tanks, you will not be able to tell the difference without the tanks being side-by-side. The 20 gallon tank is only about 30% larger, if even that much. The ten gallon tank is about 12*6*9 or some such. It isn't that large.

If you are going to use it for fish, remember that surface area has a direct impact on oxygen load of the water, so if you come across a tall but narrow tank, you'll want to keep it no more than half full...better yet, don't buy it.

First, to the person that said their twn gallon tank was 2x2x5, to my spec.s that makes your tank a 150 gallon tank.

Here is the formula to find out how many gallons a tank actually is, length x width x avg depth x 7.5. so 2x5=10, 10x2=20, 20x7.5 is 150.

a standard 'aquarium' 10 gallon is 12 inches tall 10 deep and 20 long - I dont know 15 and a 20 gallon is 16.5" tall 12.25 deep and 24" long

it really depends on what shape it is. Also on how long and tall. But for reference my 10 gallon tank is 2 ft tall by 5 ft long and 2 ft wide.
