Yes.
We learn in season three, episode 12 "Par Avion" that Jack and Claire share the same father, Christian Shepard. He had an affair with Claire's mother. Mostly, all he did was pay child support but when Claire's mother went into a coma, he came out and tried to be a part of Claire's life.
Therefore, we can deduce that it's Claire's front porch that Christian is standing on drunk in Anna Lucia's flashback in season two, episode 20 "Two For the Road"

That's what they revealed in the episode with Claire's flashback to her mother's hospitalization. Jack's father paid the hospital bills and told Claire he was her father.

Yes! They explained that Jack's dad had an affair with Claire's mom years ago. She never knew until her mom was in the coma and his dad came and paid all the bills.
