A MILLION BILLION TRILLION YES!!!!! There is no doubt in my sweet little mind that Tobey Maguire is going to be in Spider-Man 4, 5, 6, 7, and beyond. He will continue with the sexy Spider-Man franchise for as long as he and I both live.
SPIDER-MAN 3 broke and smashed box records, with $151 Million domestically, and $400 Million worldwide and counting.

As long as Spiderman movies continues to break first week box office records, he has millions of reasons($) to continue. The beauty of the character is....the character. Spiderman wears a mask and costume, Maguire has less of a chance to be type cast like the character Frodo in Lord of the Rings. So he can expand on his roles and acting opportunities.

No Tobey and Kirsten have already said they will not be in a 4th movie, neither will the producer of the last 3. But there will be a 4th movie.

I heard that if Tobey decides to quit, then one of the moron sick gay guys from Brokeback mountain is going to play the role. You can count on me boycotting Spider-Man if that happens. I will not support gays, at all.

There has been many rumors that he will be in it, other rumors say he's not. But on wikipedia, he said that he'd be more than happy to do a fourth one, as long as the script is good.

i heard he wants more money to do another film because the movies are making so much he thinks he deserves a bit more- i think he'll get it and we'll see a few more spider-man's i love the series!
