Whether it's Canada, USA, Australia, or Britain, most women from these parts of the world never seem satisfied. They want more romance, more vacations, less "laziness" on the part of their bread winning husbands. Even when they're with a very suitable man, the woman is usually the one to find something to be unsatisfied with. Is it the media, the women's movement, or what?

I have no idea and I am a western world girl. I often look at females around me and watch television and think ....wtf is happening? Sorry but I am as lost as you are.
PS - I am pretty satisfied (I am always seeking self improvement but not stir crazy when it doesn't work out).

My answer to you is this.., we do not want to become like the women in Brazil or Mexico or anywhere in Africa, Asia nor the middle east
It could be directly related to higher education and/or that we don't live in a world where men are bringing home enough bread to support both of our needs, and the fact that we really need to support our economy.
You are free to visit Nevada and deal with the type of woman who will simply put a price on what your wants are, legally of course. Carson City is one of the most popular stops for people like you. If you didn't have your ex tied up right now in the basement you could probably order yourself a bride who would suit your fancy. Make sure she never learns how to speak Spanish or English, though. If she learns both, you are so screwed!! No refund policy on those things!

Well, I think that goes with both men and women, buddy! And it depends on whether you are talking about people in the media limelight, or women in general. If a woman is mature and has a lot of respect for her man like some of us do, then she will pay attention to what he has to say. How dare you generalize women like that?

we as men have empowered our women and now they are our equal or in some cases our betters ,
we get upset that they want to reap the rewards of their labors ,Is it so wrong that they want to see the world and want to demand more intimacy and passion that they have ambitions and dreams and voice their needs ,
the world has turned since the 1950,s and even Mrs Clever is emancipated .

I would say it has something to do with the media. We seem to be saying "you are not good enough or happy enough until you buy PRODUCT X".
People don't save up any more. Everyone wants everything now. Credit Cards are based on buy it now and pay 5X the value of it later.
I would not say it only affects women, but are by far more seasonal with their spending.

movies, magazines, and advertisements teach women to look outside themselves for happiness. those things that can be acquired for money have become symbols of acceptance and love. it's sad. the new feminist movement, exemplified in mags like bust, examines at length the ways women are being hoodwinked and held hostage by things that mean very little in the grand scheme of things.

Ya said it ya-self: Bread-winning husbands. Ya just too busy with werk to be with the family. What's the purpose of being married if ya gonna be in the office all da time? What's worth of ya vows if ya gonna be away most of time n only coming back home to eat ya wife's dinner n sleep after dat?

Maybe "western" men aren't as good in bed as "non-western" men and therefore we already have to deal with that. Nothing like dealing with a lying, cheating, lazyass boar on top of that. Ha ha....got anything good?
